• What is a crowd?

  A crowd is a VEEIP Partner that wishes to offer special benefits from participating brands to their community.

  The community can be the staff of a Company, members of an Organisation or the followers of an Influencer.
  

• Which crowds are on VEEIP?

  You can join or vote for any crowds that you see on the VEEIP Platform.  You may need to go through an affiliation process in order to join the crowd.

  When you add a crowd, special VEEIPs may automatically be created for you and you can start redeeming them with your linked payment cards.
  

  When you vote for a crowd, this allows us to let the Partner know that the VEEIP member community would like them to join.
  

  Don't worry if you can't find the crowd that you're looking for, you can request new crowds via the crowds page of the Platform.
  

• What is the difference between adding and voting?

  When you add a crowd, you will start to receive VEEIPs automatically, as long as you complete the affiliation process.
  

  When you vote for a crowd, you are indicating to us and them that you would like them to join the community.
  

• What happens when I join a crowd?

  When you join a crowd, this provides VEEIP with your permission to share limited information about you with that crowd and their partner brands, in order to make VEEIPs available to you.

  When you spend money with that brand, either on-line or in-store, your VEEIPs are automatically redeemed so you don't have to remember to do anything other than pay and go.
  

• What if I forget to join a crowd?

  You must complete the process of joining a crowd and you will only receive applicable VEEIPs once you have fully completed this.
  

• What happens when I vote for a crowd?

  The VEEIP Platform offers you the opportunity to influence the crowds you'd like to join VEEIP.

  When you vote for a crowd, we make a record of your vote and use it to encourage the crowd to join, as it provides proof that you want them to join VEEIP.

  When the crowd you've voted for joins, you will automatically be notified (and you may need to complete an affiliation process).

• Why should I vote for a crowd?

  VEEIP is designed as a consumer proposition to give you more of what you love and deserve.  By voting for crowds, you are assisting VEEIP to build the community and ensuring that we can influence the crowds that you want to join the Platform so that we can offer you VEEIPs from brands that are interested in partnering with crowds.
  

• What happens when a crowd that I have voted for joins VEEIP?

  Once a crowd that you have voted for joins VEEIP, we'll notify you and ask you to complete the joining process.
  

• My crowd is not on VEEIP. Can I add it?

  Yes, you can recommend crowds that you'd like to see on VEEIP by following the links on the crowds pages and completing the online forms.
  

• What happens if a crowd leaves VEEIP?

  In the event that a crowd leaves the VEEIP community, either due to closure or for any other reason, we will notify you as soon as possible to ensure that you are informed.   Where possible, we will try to ensure that all existing VEEIPs will be honoured.
