Who should join VEEIP?
VEEIP is for those of us who want our favourite brands to make us feel special, without having to lift a finger!
If you can’t be bothered with a wallet full of loyalty cards or vouchers, don't want to have to download a new APP every time you pay, whether online or in-store, or simply don't want to have to remember to print off those annoying email offers to get what you deserve, then VEEIP is for you.
VEEIP cuts through all the hassle and still gives you complete control. Just pay with your VEEIP linked payment cards at brands you have selected and VEEIP takes care of the rest.
Why would I want to sign up?
VEEIP is simple, frictionless and works seamlessly with any of your UK issued payment cards (on the Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Amex) networks initially), which means that your favourite brands can show you just how much they love you without you doing anything. Just pay the same way you always do, and go.
So, the real question is...why wouldn't you?
How do I sign up?
Simply follow the registration process and you'll be up and running in under 90 seconds.
Once you create your account, you can choose whether to add brands and payment cards immediately, or do it later.
Once you've tried it, you'll be amazed and wonder how you ever managed to get by without it!
How do I register using a QR code from a VEEIP Brand?
Simply scan the QR code and follow the Quick Registration process which is designed to allow you to use the brand's VEEIP Promotion as quickly as possible.
You will be asked to link a payment card to redeem your VEEIP and we'll create a temporary password which you can use to login to your account.
Please update your temporary password as soon as possible from your Profile page.
The Platform will prompt you to provide further details about your Profile and to register other payment cards at a convenient time.
Why do I need to register accurate personal information?
By allowing selected brands access to limited information automatically when you add them, you are helping us to make their marketing more personalised and relevant to you.
By providing accurate information about yourself, it helps us to make sure that you receive the best experience and brands also get what they deserve for their investment.
We never sell or share any of your personal data with any other third parties and YOU stay in control.
Can I add brands at registration?
Yes, we recommend that you add your favourite brands during registration in order to start receiving VEEIPs. However, it is entirely up to you and you can do it later if you prefer.
Even if you forget to add your favourite VEEIP Brands, VEEIP automatically adds them for you the first time you shop there with a linked payment card to ensure that you never miss out.
If you'd prefer not to retain an affiliation with a brand you can easily remove it manually from your account.
Should I register my payment cards at registration?
Yes, we recommend that you link your cards as early as possible. You can add your payment cards later if you wish, however, you should bear in mind that your spend at brands will ONLY count towards your VEEIPs after your cards have been linked.
If you want to try VEEIP before linking all of your payment cards, you can register one payment card initially and then link your other cards later.
Can I register multiple accounts?
You can register multiple accounts if you wish, however we don’t recommend that you do this as your spending won’t be fully aggregated and you will lose many of the benefits that VEEIP offers.
VEEIP is designed to reward real customers so the more you give, the more you get back.
Can I link my account to my wife/husband/partner?
Not yet. In the future, we may make it possible for you to link accounts, but for the time being your account is limited to you.
Can I invite my friends to join VEEIP?
We would be delighted if you do. Simply use the links provided in the Platform to invite your friends or share to social media, ensuring that you're logged-in so we can link this activity to your account.
