How do I redeem my rewards?
You don't have to do anything to redeem rewards other than meet the qualifying criteria. Simply pay in full with a VEEIP linked payment card(s) and VEEIP automatically redeems (via cashback (push-to-card)) any rewards that are due to you.
The reward is simply repaid to your payment card. It's totally effortless and you don't even have to remember to claim your reward so you'll never miss out!
How do I know when a reward has been triggered?
You will be notified via your account and notifications at the outset of each VEEIP. This will provide the details of the reward, the required spend and any other qualifying criteria, as well as the redemption period.
You can review and monitor your progress towards your VEEIPs through the Platform which is accessible 24/7 on any internet-enabled device.
When am I notified of a reward?
You will be notified via the Platform as soon as you have redeemed a reward, which will be repaid automatically (via cashback (push-to-card)) to your payment card.
How are my rewards paid?
Rewards are paid by VEEIP on behalf of brands directly back to your payment card(s) (currently Visa and Mastercard only).
In the event of a reward payment issue, VEEIP may pay to one of your other registered payment cards or into a UK bank account. The VEEIP Platform will only request those additional details if and when they are required.
Why are my rewards not always paid immediately?
VEEIP rewards are typically repaid immediately for brands that do not have a returns period, for example in the case of a coffee shop or restaurant. For brands that have a returns period due to the nature of the goods that they sell, as is typically the case for clothing, rewards are created as soon as the transaction has fulfilled the qualifying criteria, but the payment is delayed until the returns period has ended (or as determined by the relevant brand).
Where goods are returned in the period between reward creation and payment, the reward may be cancelled if a refund is detected.
The Platform provides full details for each VEEIP, together with the creation and payment dates of rewards.
How can I check on my progress towards a reward?
The VEEIP Platform provides details of all VEEIPs and associated qualifying transactions as well as the details of any rewards that have been created, are pending payment or have been paid.
What should I do if I believe that a reward should have been triggered but has not?
The VEEIP Platform is fully automated and rewards payments should always get to you on time. If this is not the case then please verify the details of your qualifying transactions against what you can see on the VEEIP Platform and contact VEEIP HQ.
When and why do I need to provide my bank details?
In the unlikely event that we cannot return rewards via your linked payment cards, the VEEIP Platform may ask for your bank details (UK Banks only) in order to return funds to you via a UK bank account.
The VEEIP Platform will only ask you to provide your bank details in circumstances where the normal repayment methodology has been unsuccessful. Please be advised that VEEIP personnel will never ask your bank details in person or by email.
How do you pay rewards if I am from outside the uk?
At present, VEEIP only enables you to link payment cards issued by UK Banks or Financial Institutions. VEEIP rewards are paid back to the payment cards linked to your account.
In the event that the Platform is unable to pay a reward back to your linked payment card, the system will ask you to nominate a UK bank account. Please note that we are currently unable to pay rewards back to non-UK Bank accounts.
